زيادة المرتبات والمعاشات
كشفت وزارة المالية فى بيان لها اليوم السبت الزيادات التى ستطرأ على رواتب العاملين بالدولة، بعد رفع تطبيق القرارات الرئاسية ورفع الحد الأدنى للأجور من 1200 جنيه إلى 2000 جنيه، وصرف العلاوات الجديدة بدءا من شهر يوليو المقبل.
وستكلف حزمة الإجراءات الاجتماعية التى وجه بها الرئيس الخزانة العامة نحو 60 مليار جنيه تتضمن نحو 30.5 مليار جنيه لتمويل زيادات الأجور والمرتبات، بجانب 28.5 مليار جنيه لتمويل زيادات المعاشات الاجتماعية، ونحو مليار جنيه لتمويل ضم 100 ألف أسرة جديدة لبرنامجى تكافل وكرامة.
وتشمل حزمة القرارات الرئاسية لزيادة الرواتب والمعاشات ما يلى :
1- رفع الحد الأدنى لأجور جميع العاملين المدنيين بالدولة من المخاطبين وغير المخاطبين بقانون الخدمة المدنية ليتحرك من 1200 جنيه شهريا حاليا إلى 2000 جنيه، بنسبة ارتفاع 66% وبما يعكس تحسين دخول جميع العاملين فى الدولة.
ويصبح الحد الأدنى للتعيين بأدنى الوظائف بالدرجة السادسة العمالية 2000 جنيه شهريا بدلا من 1200 جنيه المعمول به منذ عام 2014، ورفع الحد الأدنى لباقى الدرجات الوظيفية مقارنة بالحد الأدنى فى أول يوليو 2018، ليصبح للدرجة السادسة 2105 جنيه بدلا من 1850 جنيها، والخامسة 2200 جنيها بدلا من 1870 جنيها والرابعة 2400 جنيه بدلا من 1890 جنيها، والثالثة الوظيفية 2600 جنيه بدلا من 2400 جنيه، والثانية 3000 جنيه بدلا من 2600 جنيه، والدرجة الأولى 3500 جنيه بدلا من 2850 جنيها، ومدير عام 4000 جنيه بدلا من 3000 جنيه، والدرجة العالية 5000 جنيه بدلا من 3200 جنيها والدرجة الممتازة 7000 جنيه بدلا من 4600 جنيه.
وذكر البيان أن قيمة التحسن فى الأجر للعاملين بالدولة يبلغ على سبيل المثال فى الدرجة الممتازة 2400 جنيها شهريا، والثالثة التخصصية 560 جنيها شهريا والسادسة العمالية 300 جنيها شهريا.
٢- منح العاملين المدنيين بالدولة علاوة دورية، بنسبة 7٪ من الأجر الوظيفى وبحد أدنى 75 جنيها شهريا للمخاطبين بقانون الخدمة المدنية بدلا من 65 جنيها شهريا العام الماضى، وعلاوة خاصة بنسبة 10% من الأجر الأساسى فى 30 يونيه 2019 وبحد أدنى 75 جنيها شهريا للعاملين غير المخاطبين بقانون الخدمة المدنية والذين تحكم وظائفهم قوانين او لوائح خاصة بدلا من 65 جنيها العام الماضي.
٣ - منح علاوة استثنائية لجميع العاملين بالدولة سواء المخاطبين باحكام قانون الخدمة المدنية او غير المخاطبين وبقيمة 150 جنيها اعتبارا من اول يوليو 2019.
4- منح اصحاب المعاشات زيادة 15٪ بحد أدنى 150 جنيها شهريا اعتبارا من اول يوليو المقبل مع رفع الحد الادنى للمعاش إلى 900 جنيه شهريا.
5- إطلاق حركة الترقيات للعاملين بالدولة لكل من استوفى المدة البينية اللازمة للترقية اعتبارا من اول يوليو 2019، وهو ما يكلف الخزانة العامة نحو 1.5 مليار جنيه.

تجديد رخص تسيير السيارات الخاصة - 225 جنيها للسيارات التى لا تزيد السعة اللترية لمحركها على 1030 سم مكعب.
- 350 جنيها للسيارات التى تزيد السعة اللترية لمحركها على 1030 سم مكعب، ولا تجاوز 1330 سم مكعب.
- 750 جنيها للسيارات التى تزيد السعة اللترية لمحركها عن 1330 سم مكعب ولا تجاوز 1630 سم مكعب.
- 3000 جنيه بحد أدنى 800 جنيه للسيارات التى تزيد السعة اللترية لمحركها على 1630 سم مكعب ولا تجاوز 2030 سم مكعب، على أن يخفض هذا الرسم بواقع 10% سنويا عن كل سنة تالية لسنة الموديل.
- 2.5% من ثمن السيارة بحد أدنى 2000 جنيه للسيارات التى تزيد السعة اللترية لمحركها على 2030 سم مكعب، على أن يخفض هذا الرسم بواقع 10% سنويا عن كل سنة تالية لسنة الموديل. وتخفض قيمة الرسم المقرر قرين كل بند من البنود المشار إليها أو الحد الأدنى له بنسبة 50%، وذلك بالنسبة لتجديد رخص السيارات التى مر على صنعها 15 سنة.
رخص قيادة مركبات النقل السريع - 300 جنيه عن رخصة القيادة الخاصة (لمدة 10 سنوات).
- 200 جنيه عن رخصة القيادة المهنية (درجة أولى أو ثانية أو ثالثة).
- 100 جنيه عن رخصة معلم قيادة أو رخصة قيادة دراجة بخارية أو آلية أو رخصة قيادة للتجربة.
- 50 جنيها رخصه قيادة الجرار الزراعى.
- 100 جنيها عن الرخصة الموقتة للتعليم.
